Swap the engine and E-box from the raider. Your Sizzler manifold may work if there is enough extra material for the gasket but it will be close. You will need a low pitch prop and maybe raise the rev limit slightly.

All engines of this type do, it has most to do with the size of the engine. The bigger they are the more they shake. 650s are noticeably smoother than anything larger. The Yamaha 800 needed a 40lb exhaust for mass dampening and the Seadoo 800-950 use internal balance shafts.
Looking at your plugs is a waste of time. Tune part throttle by sound and response, tune full throttle for peak power. Over time the plugs will become some shade of brown.
You are overpropped. Your only hope is to open the top screw a lot. Then it will suck a little less, maybe. Get the prop right and you will have a good running ski.

Any 650 or 750 engine can be easily installed in any 650 or 750 hull. The SXI engine has a more durable crank, any 750 or 800 cylinder can be fitted. SXIs were maximized for top speed even though they are not very powerful with the stock pipe.
A flatwater backflip needs lots of power and pitch angle. A heavy long hull will struggle first to get enough altitude and second to rotate fast enough to complete a flip. It will take a big wave to flip a stock ski. The ultimate backflip kit is a hurricane or giant cabin cruiser.
144mm rods on a 68mm stroke is getting beyond even high rpm designs. There would be a lot of crankcase volume to fill to maintain good intake draw before the pipe is in resonance. Stock 125mm rods good for more rpm than our pumps can use.
Another big killer of splines is sand. It sticks to the grease that gets slung inside the shaft tunnel. When the pump is pulled and reinstalled it gets pushed inside the midshaft. You must pull the midshaft and clean everything including the shaft tunnel to make one last. Who does all that...
