    Friggin electrical box :(

yes, and yes... new gaskets don't need grease. spend $9 on a new gasket and avoid corroding everything in a $150+ ebox. Superjet-113 sells some nice ebox gaskets... little different than OEM, and I like them better. I purchased like 5 at one time so I always have them available.

Best relacement throttle cable for RN?

Heck yes... I measured and examined my cable I purchased but have yet to install yesterday, and that sucker is nice. The cable is like 2x as thick as a stock SJ cable, and even comes with a protective sheath that runs like half the length of the entire cable. BTW the cable I purchased was 87"...

Best relacement throttle cable for RN?

The SXR/SXI cables still require the throttle cable adapter. I've been told, by Matt_E I think, that the older SX cables have the wider threaded area, thus do not need the throttle adapter... I have purchased a cable, but have not installed it yet. On your carb side you'll have to open up the...

    single intake manifold questions

but that spacer doesn't space the reeds any differently. that spacer only really extends the intake track runners. As far as I can tell at least. :dunno:

Riva Red pipe on a 650

not back pressure isn't critical on two strokes as far and I understand it... an after market water box is more just a waste of money unless you're gonna run a front exhuast outlet and for a handful of other reasons.

    single intake manifold questions

k, i see now... seems like that would space the manifold way out there with reeds sitting in the same stock location... any reason to have it so spaced out there??? So it goes cases, then blue plate, then adapter plate, then manifold??? I personally run the RIVA conversion manifold. I got one...
