confused as to the rest of your line routing... is the line coming off the top of the head pipe dumping over board? where is line coming from that leads to your flow valve/stinger/pisser that can be seen in the pic?

i think i have a choke knob, but don't have the screw that is used to hold it on.

Where you pried it apart, those areas are in the flywheel cover area... those are not the mating surfaces that need to be super clean, so you're alright there. the imperative areas is the rectangular area around where the crank sits. The marks in the last picture still look to have enough...

yami stock exhaust systems don't have barbed inlet fittings... you'll have to buy those.

tubbies are 100% done... they came out killer. Mostly everything is assembled. Need to find a tube that goes from the chamber to waterbox. The one i have is too short. But after that just clamp down the b pipe, put back in gas tank and battery box, and she is ready to go.

dangerboy (carl from cold fusion) makes them I think it is -2" but can't be certain. system utilizes stock steering bushings. you can PM him for more info and to see if he has any left.

still not sure on the hood tubes... i think they'll fit, but we'll see once I get it all put together... been working on it ever night this week. installed tubbies monday night... blended one side with epoxy filler on tuesday, sanded that side and blended other side wednesday, sanded thursday...

tell me about it... it was such a pain in the butt to get my stock pipe off also... i was gonna leave the engine in the hull, but it pissed me off so bad, that I just pull the engine. mine is almost done also.
