    Not sure if this is the correct place for your post (Matt E?), but....... Call Xscream. They know their packages better than anyone. If they gave you specs you are likely fighting another issue. If they didn't, you need to start with their suggested jetting.

    Never had an issue with any of their stuff. My 633 hammer 93 ran 52 on radar with a single 46 and their jetting. They like smaller pilots and needle and seats. Doesn't seem wrong. Harry is great about quick email responses if you include something like "help with motor just purchased from you"...

    Test across both relay terminals (bat terminal on relay to starter terminal on relay) while cranking. If its anything more than .5V, it's bad. You can verify as well by jumping the two terminals with a screwdriver or suitable cable. If it starts you know the relay is bad.

    You need to voltage drop test all components. Do you have access to a DVOM (multimeter)? It's the quickest, easiest, and most accurate way to troubleshoot electrical issues.
