Water intrusion.........when you're using/charging they are fine. Once they sit, the water creates a path for them to discharge to almost nothing, and they won't come back.

Proper care and charging is a must. I've been taping the seems on mine to add insurance from water intrusion. Been on same two (16s) in both my skis all summer.

I'd love an explanation on this one. These batteries hold voltage at 13.2-13.4 until they plummet (to a non usable range). Im not sure how any voltage reading can indicate SOC on these. On our aircraft, we charge before use, b/c it's the only way to know what's in the battery. It can be 90%...

15 gallons in a day? Thats a ton of riding. You can charge in less than an hour. Why not charge on a fuel stop if you're having issues? Have you tested the battery with a good charger to verify capacity ?

Fuelines.biz has good stuff too. Tygon from McMaster is ok but relatively soft for our vibration prone environment. The fuel lines.biz stuff works well and last a while. It seals fine with zip ties or small oteikers. I've used both lines with great success. Oem rocks but is not available in bulk.
