    Surfriding Rhaas motor mounts

Great mounts! Testing a set in my KDX and love the quality and strength. They have survived some nice pancakes with no issues at all. Robin is a great guy to deal with and he is working on (and offers) lots of innovative products for the sport!

Had a 91 633 square nose "Hammer" 93. Stock reeds and cages, B pipe, enhancer, single A/M Mikuni 46. 51.8 on stalker radar. Had awesome results from them when I was into Rec riding. They don't do the crazy stuff we do now.....

    SXR Grou p k

He's done numerous motors for me over the years. Great power, great reliability. He doesn't do the crazy stuff we run now, but is one very knowledgable guy. Always had great dealings with them.

Freestyle DASA 970, PFP, 148 pump what prop?

Your motor will tell you what it wants when you test it ;). Leading edge has far more effect than trailing edge. Ultimately, you fine tune for riding style with props and nozzles to maximize acceleration. There are several root pitches (cores) of impellers. With the same pitch but different...

Freestyle DASA 970, PFP, 148 pump what prop?

No worries man.....just ribbing Matt a bit. Hit me up if you have questions. An assortment of different size nozzles can help you dial it in. If you are at one nozzle extreme or the other and it's getting better, then look at the next size prop.

Freestyle DASA 970, PFP, 148 pump what prop?

Matt, I spoke with this gentleman in person, and in great detail, at Wavedaze 2 weeks ago about his setup. I sold him the 13/21, as it was one of my better choices for my 10 mil Dasa. It should be very close based on his setup. That was the reason for the smiley.

    Other Ultrasonic cleaning solutions

I recently saw a build thread with some carbs that were mentioned to be "fresh out of the ultrasonic cleaner", yet can't find the thread. I'm curious what cleaning solutions are used to bring al out shiny. Most of the strong ones react if there is any zinc in the Al alloy and darken the color...

    Custom/Hybrid MSD no spark :(

That's probably best case (magnet). I've seen them (pickups) hit and still run, but failure comes shortly thereafter. I know Tricky did it right ;)

    Custom/Hybrid MSD no spark :(

Did you use clay and measure the flywheel to pickup clearance? They may have been too close and rubbed. Let us know what you find.
