Probably not what you want to hear but. Adjust full throttle slightly rich of peak rpm and the pilot for best part throttle response. I couldn't tell anyone what jets to use on anything until after the tuning process was completed.

If the coupler bottoms inside then the rubber gasket just seals water out. All my aftermarket stuff bottoms at the base and uses a metal gasket. I often make gaskets thicker to help close up the coupler spacing. Those stock three finger couplers do occasionally break and can damage the mid shaft.

The water separator is for the tank vent. Its just an empty can with a drain at the bottom. They are good to have as long as you check them. I dont use any fuel selector and I have ran out of gas once (oops).

Use Loctite for interference fits and epoxy for slip fits. Always seal the edges and you wont have problems.
