i agree and wish i wouldve gotten the 46s instead of the 44s when i bought them. im also very curious of how your manifold compares to the stock manifold with the crossover filled. im sure the increase will be more noticeable the bigger engine you go but also curious to see how it will change on...
The 62t in my opinion is the best of the 61x and 64x cylinders. It still has decent port timing stock, the casting and sleeves are thicker as well. Im running a 62t setup in my superfreak that lpw did the port work on.. im running a stock 44 manifold that I filled the crossover tube. Tried the...
My superfreak had a crack like that in almost the same exact spot on both sides. The crack was actually just in the gelcoat and in a spot that had a few pinhole ls in the resin below the gel. I sanded down to the bare glass and added a few layers of 8oz cloth and a little fairing filler to...
It was probably in need of a bore when you replaced the pistons and the new pistons caused the issue. Ill bet the cylinder walls are egg shaped if you were to measure with a bore gauge.. I bought a 750ssxi years ago. Cylinder walls "looked" ok so i put fresh pistons and a light home on the...
Its a shock it even worked at all being under water for almost 2 years haha. I believe the ms01 zeel is a replacement to the msd. So if everything else is still good, then that would be the best option
How do you like the limited chamber compared to the v2 pipe? I just got a v3 and was thinking of trying it in my freak. I have a ss tnt chamber setup now.
A power valve 900+ cc engine would be a big upgrade For sure. What are you running now?
I have solidworks and could probably design a ride plate and 3d print a mold to make a carbon or glass plate. I also have the glass plate that came with my badass that is pretty rough I could use as a plug for a mold. A friend has a vacuum bag setup as well
Yes especially if you shorten it a few inches. The sweet spot is having the bars even with the hood seal. Then add a quick steer and straight bar setup and it'll feel like a totally different machine. Stock square pole is a big weak point on the square nose
Is it the footholds that are trash or the padding on the holds? Malone is a pretty cool dude. Met him at wavedaze several years ago. Still a badass rider
The bn carbs did not have removable jets like the sbn does. Yes by adding a 2nd bn 38 haha. I wouldn't use any kit other than a genuine mikuni kit if you didn't get one just because they're better quality. The a/m brand will get you by for now if you didn't get the mikuni kit. Are you...
If you cant get a shorter ride plate, another option would be try shortening the handle pole a little which will help get your weight forward to make the ski plane out easier.
