I'm not sure to be honest with you. My buddy bought two 55 gallon drums of race fuel about a month ago for the summer. I'll have to ask him if he put any additive in (like an octane stabilizer of some sort).

Looks like I'm going to have to pick up a drum of race gas for the summer.

I just cut my AC pole 3 inches and added a lowered bracket too. I pulled the exhaust outlet pipe from the water box and ran the steering cable around the front to take up the extra slack.

Really? Do Paul's run the entire bond line? Mine is starting to crack at the bond line (both sides) front just in front of the hood, to about the middle of the hood... a good 12" of cracking.

Take your time, and use a heat gun to help form the turf around the footholds. It helps make it more plyable and easier to form. I also put two coats of contact cement on the ski and three coats on the padding and turf. Use a rubber mallet and you're all set. I just finished up returfing...

That's actually pretty damn cool. I wonder if you could use a wave blaster hinge mounted on top of your handle pole bracket. It would have to be an after market bracket, like X-Metal, since it has a flat base. And you're have to move the breather hole back... or use two smaller hinges on...

Nice, I run an 1100 GPH bilge pump with a 1" hose and a blowsion one way check vavle... water goes out very quickly.

Hell yeah!! I use the JD 80mm plate and it rocks. Doesn't break loose in corners at all. It's also killer for straight line tracking. I pull it off for surf riding though and run a OEM D/cut plate.
