Most people use a BMX brake lever. I recommend a Dia Tech Tech 99
As for the cable... I would suggest a BMX brake cable. But you may want something with a bigger cable diameter. I would also epoxy into your hull a through hull tube like SE puts into their drop nozzle kitys for the cable to...
Saki,
is that a radial engine Chopper? That thing is sweet!
I have heard of Inconel... it is the next common super tough metal after stainless steel.
See a year and a half ago I took a course in college called Intermediate Mechanics of Materials.
There are all kinds of one off...
I saw this on Horsepower TV car show a few months back. It was in a Fiero. Anyways he is right. The fuel was passed through a set of compressors under high pressure and heated to better atomize the fuel particles. Then sent into the engine. They said it made big HP numbers but never run...
I have seen adapter plates where you can bolt a Kehin to a Mikuni manifold.
But I have seen them from Kehin to Mikuni.

Here is one on ebay now. I think there si...
I see you have the exhaust valves epoxied. Are you guys not going to run them then? I always wanted a PV 800 in a SJ or WB1.
But still, this is a kick a$$ ski!

Well if anyone has links to pics of the Waterdawg engine, send them my way. I love CNC'd stuff! I have seen the blue ski thread from Havasu and his web site. But I always just saw a top end on stock black painted cases.
Back to the subject.... You really need to throw up a couple of...
As beautiful as the Waterdawg top end is... it still uses a stock cast bottom end.
Don't get me wrong, I think it kicks a$$!
But I want a full billet engine!
BTW those ADA cylinders are sweet too!

If I had the machinery and finaces, I would make a 1200 cc pure billet engine for my X2.
So instead, I will rape and engine from an 800 SXR or 1100 tripple one day....
Not to bash you but without some proof, I must say this X2 seems like a fairy tale or myth. The cost of...
I told you so!!! lol
Ditch the crankcase drain/plunger. You don't want your engine to lean out. I always just pull a plug and crank it if I swamp my engine that bad.
Crab, you ski is looking great!
I have a read a lot of Harry's articles.
I used to be 100% all for Group K. I had them do some engine work for me once... after I seized up using too small jets in a SBN 44 on a Kawie 750, they were little help in finding the propper sizes or even a ball park. He wanted to sell me a Keihin...
That is painted. The 94 and 95's were a terrible purple color.
You should do like Brent did... Put your 800 in your X2. Then sell of the rest of your 800 stuff that you don't need and buy a used RN with that cash!!!

I think Harry was just selling the machine shop work to make the 42's work on the Kawasakis.
If he was to sell a Kawie guy a Mikuni... then they would need a carb, intake, F/A...
If he sells you a Keihin, he sells you dremel work on your stock manifold and F/A....
For a long time he...
