    X2 + Sx-r = Sx-2r

http://s51.photobucket.com/albums/f368/dbrutherford/?start=80 If you look in there, you can see what I did to my spare hood. I left extra "meat" where the hood latch bolts up but I took out all the little stops that the hood rests on the hood seal at. I figured I would chop the hood and...

    Lets play guess that porting

Yeah I would like to see the underneath of the cylinder and the transfer ports as well. A cylinder I had ported once had the transfers shaped on an angle where the fuel/air mix would be on the right angle into the cylinder. Yours don't look like they have been touched much. Then again, I am a...

I always thought that they called that a "log roll". But then again I didn't start riding until 2001. DBR

Yeah those pics are great! I was wondering about that belt driven contraption myself. I would love to get my hands on a set of these cases: After thinking about the cases, Jet Ski Mechanic had a set and said they were West Coast versions for a Kawie 750. If these pics are form...

I know all you Yamaha guys want one of these....

http://www.jetwave.jp Beats me, I can't read Japanese. They import/export all the cool Japanese parts. You will need to use www.xe.com to convert the currencies from Yen to USD. But that engine sure was purdy.

Courtney huh? I see them bidding/buying/selling a lot lately on eBay. I noticed one auction where the high bidder was korey_n_courtney. Then the high bidder at the time was kalen_n_someone's_mommy, I forget hte other name. I looked at the mommy's feedback and found an auction where they were...

300/440/550 FPP Blaster Ltd chamber in X2 pics

Is that a Kawie FPP 650 Head pipe or a Yamaha FPP 701 B head pipe? I have the Kawie 650 FPP and I think some more brapp is in order! I was going to get a Kawie 750 FPP mod pipe but that is way more cash then what I want to spend. So the Blaster Limited pipe chamber is all good :) DBR

    300/440/550 x2 trim on sx

I have never put an X2 trim on an SX before. I just am familiar with X2 trim systems since i have three X2's. You are going to have to find what works best for you and fab up your own setup. Good Luck. DBR

    300/440/550 x2 trim on sx

Either way works. I have seen people put a washer on the cable and then the spring followed by another washer. Makes the cable stay put. Or you could do like you said and use a spring hooked to the pump and then the cable ball. So FX, you have a Kawie 650 0r 750 pump in you FX1? That is...
