Any luck on finding the X-Jet? If I can have it... I will come find it... lol I have a good idea. Call the police and say someone drown there. It might work... Besides we all pay taxes. Make the cops work for their money or py them in donuts.... DBR

I don't need one but always thought I would buy one if I got crazy on my X2 and needed a smaller gas tank for a wild pipe of some sorts. PM me a price with shipping and all to 26554. DBR

    300/440/550 Kawi 650 Cylinder Stud Size/Pitch

M 8 x 1.25 Not sure about drill size or next size up. The helicoil package will have that info on it. Make sure you masking tape off your whole top end so no metal pieces get into your engine. DBR

    Water in fuel

This is exactly what you need to do! The check valve prevents gas from going back into you engine compartment. The no water seperator prevents you ski from blowing up! On my old 95 X2 the water seperator filled up and allowed a bunch of water into my gas. The ski ran ok until it busted...

    Broken fuel tank spigot

I remember in my UMI catalogue, they made a breather for a gas can that looked cool. I would have done as you too. I probably would have done the o-ring and nut though. It would have been hard to get that nut tightened up but with enough swivels and extensions and it is possible. DBR

Will I die if I try a backflip?

I would be sick if my ski was sitting on the bottom! I agree a couple of dead presidents for someone to dive sounds good. You are lucky you got some decent GPS coordinates! I don't have one so I would have been SOL!

    I got a new head

I totally agree. I do need to call Ken and see what he says about this head I have. I had an impulse moment an just had to have it! But now I start thinking back when I melted down a top end using a swirl head. Plus gas is expensive now a days! 87 octane works for a stocker! No mods this...

Some Ideas on Pipes for Yamaha

Yeah I was wanting to try a Yami B pipe FPP in my X2 like everyone is doing. I think though I will just stick to the FPP Kaw 650 pipe. That way I know it is best yet if I want to try a different pipe, I just need to switch out the chamber and water box hose. I have been eying the 800 SXR wet...

    300/440/550 Kawasaki Start/Stop Switches

Will do guys! I am still debating all of this. I just got my ski legal yesterday. I am putting a battry on charge before summer school/work so I may ride when I come home tonight. I need some hydro turf because this thing doesn't have any mats on it. Last time I rode my old X2 with no mats...

Anyone who wanted one w/o the Wait!

Well bud... I gotta say I love your persuit towards the ultimate ski. I keep looking at the Maekawa Engineering X2 hulls from Japan and I start thinking how much it would cost for one of those. Then throw in an 800 SXR engine with total loss, FPP, ect.... All the Skat goodies and then I...
