You cannot "correct" the 62t port timing to match the 61x timing without cutting the bottom of the cylinder but the 62T port timing is good, I personally like it better and my template matches the 62T exhaust port height. I have one template for 701 & 760 and a separate one for the 650.

I am blown away by the methods used to ship these crazy expensive engines and components. Packing peanuts, bubble wrap and cling wrap? Proper packaging equipment seems like a necessary investment when sending out $5k+ packages.

There's not really an "upgrade" from that 10/16 in your 1994, I'd leave that there and get a 9/15 or similar for your '90.

Looks like somebody ported the cases (looks like subpar work) and roughed up the intake runners.

I know this has been done, I am not in front of my parts right now to measure and would like to get something ordered to keep my build moving. I had to put an RRP waterbox in due to size constraints but need a silicone reduction coupler to mate the TNT chamber to the RRP box. Who's done it and...
