You need the nosepiece and the bracket (#34 in your photo) along with all related hardware. Cut the tray out in one piece, glass the seam back up with a couple of light layers (8-10oz) then glass over the whole tray with a couple of layers, use epoxy resin.

Just traded my 2008 Superjet for this chopped and rockered SJ.

Going strong all season, even had a clamp that I didn't fully tighten and my chamber started to push away from the manifold. I caught it right before the coupler worked off completely but even with that gap between manifold and chamber it didn't split or leak. Silicone is honestly not anywhere...

What pipe are you running?

Checked compression and spark today, going to swap in the Zealtronic CDI tomorrow, put the chamber in and see if it will run.

Especially if your ride solo a lot and a breakdown results in a swim across the lake.

Stock FX1 cable and pump side extension get it done with the least amount of work, is the 08+ cable a different PN than the FX1? * just looked, they are the same PN so an extension is probably the easiest

Toss them, you can try screwing the plug into the top and pulling it out of the cap. Go with solid top plugs.

You NEED the two head mounted Lord mounts, they mount on the stock head or to a billet head with a bracket from ADA. You do not need the flywheel cover bracket and mount. I've run a handful of these and never found a chamber that had the front mounting tab in an orientation that didn't push the...

There's nothing wrong with the Coffman pipe, you just mentioned you where looking for more midrange and there are other pipes that make more power.
