I agree, the stock manifold looks like a pretty poor design in comparison to other "tuned" exhaust systems. It's basically two runners just crashing into a 90 degree log, no thought seemed to be put into blending the transition of the runners into the chamber/headpipe. WIth that said, I think...

Nice work @Dirtybird , I did a bit of work on my boat as well. Added a couple of wake lights plus some blue interior LEDs.

Should have searched before posting, looks like dual channel runs one magnet.

Picked up an old engine with dual channel total loss and am disassembling for inspection and found my flywheel only has one magnet. Am I correct in assuming it should have two?

I'd say it's a triple, aftermarket hull or someone pulled the foam out. No way a stock SXR would go down like that.

Rode a RTR Predator yesterday, it was quite nice.

Had a nice group ride on the St. Croix today.
