I wish I had more info for you, my experience is limited to a single hull I had shipped over from EU. It landed in the states but I was told I couldn't retrieve it because I needed a broker to import a watercraft. I told them it was not a complete machine and brought an invoice from the seller...
I was just thinking this. I've had many with a rear chop and one with rear chop and rocker. I think a full length rear end with front rocker might be a sweet surf boat.
If the value is over $2500 (I think that is it) they will need a customs broker on the receiving end. If not, it's pretty simple and they can just pick it up at the receiving company after it goes through customs.
@bird Horrible is a relative term, best beach and best waves within 2 hours of my garage. Sheboygan is nearly 3 times the drive. Shoulder high washing machine is how you keep out the goofballs.
