if there is a way that we can camp at pb2 that would be cool. I am sure most would rather ride at pb2 during the day since the waves are big and plus there is the area there where we can pull the skis up on the bank. pb1 would be great if they let us use the swimming beach. maybe i can check...

my stock pole does not sit well at all on there. the stock pole has an angle on it back towards the turnplate that does not comform very good. xft and xmetals have more of a gradual bend without as sharp of an angle back towards the turn plate. with the stock pole just laying in the trough...

Has anyone ever used anything other than an xmetal pole with a 247 hood. my stock pole is just not going to cut it.

my brother has a blowsion carbon fiber chinpad. i tried it on my ski for awhile. fit was real tight. sturdy though. :bananajump:

Tight poles are nice. No aftermarket pole here. I run a stock pole tightened down the the spring from blowsion. I find that without the spring you really have to tighten it down to keep the pole from falling and when you do tighten it down this tight then it makes it a pain in the back to...

that was one thing i noticed when riding your ski. getting that spring in there will make it way better while still keeping it tight.

Is this the first year for atomic blue or were there previous years that had the same color? I know my friends 99 has a really nice looking blue.
