Boyeson Reed Stuffer Opinions

Are they worth buying or am I better off waiting and getting some v-force or something else.

What kind of gains can I expect with different reeds?

I had a set of riva stuffers, probably similar, with a set of carbon tech reeds on stock cages. Not too impressed with them. Got a set of v-force 2s and liked them alot better. Tried both on a r&d manifold with 46mm full spectrum carbs.

Dont do the reed stuffers....they will hurt you more than help you.

reed stuffers will soften your mid range as well as kill top end of quite nicely
If this is your goal then go ahead

Other than that v-force II will do totally the oppisite and work very nicely

What is the differnce between vforce 1's and vforce 2's.

How do they compare with boyeson?

v-force 1s are known for breaking reeds
v-force II,s last forever

I had a set of reed stuffers and screwed with my carbs for months trying to tune them on a new motor till Wax told me to take them out and it tuned in two rides. Thanks again Wax!

its a pain when you buy something thats supposed to help and it makes things worse

Makes you wonder how much testing was done before they made them
and what other things they sell that do nothing as well but just sell them because they can

It’s more of a drag when an engine builder recommends them with my new motor I had no idea.
