Carb came stock on a Seadoo GTS-GTI with a 720 engine,I used one of these on my 720 in the X2,with the accel pump you get a very clean idle and a good hit off the bottom also you no longer need a primer kit,just work the throttle about ten times and fire it up.

The PRO-X pistons are no better than WSM IMHO,I have used both ,both come with RK ring sets,you would never know the difference between the two once installed,the PRO-X pistons are more expensive than WSM,if you want good cast pistons buy stock pistons or if you want someting tougher buy...

It usually cost slightly more to go big bore because it means several more passes with the boring bar,which means more setup time,also the pistons for big bore applications are limited,you will probably have to go with Wiseco pistons which are quite good and quite expensive compared to the cast...

Anything can be drilled with the correct drill bit,it will be expensive,if all else fails you can have it EDM machined out,it will be expensive.

It help to heat the hub of the flywheel with a propane torch also,it makes the hub expand just a bit and makes removal easier,just don't overdo it and cook the stator.Heat does wonders for coupler removal as well.

It had a few bubbles in it,I just hit them with the die grinder and filled them with cabosil -epoxy,also filled in the areas you could not get to from the top,a little fairing compound and it should be good to go.

The problem you run into is that an inner liner adds height, sometimes it just won't work especially if the hull is not designed to accommodate that additional height.Superramjet ran into this on one of his Octane builds.It does make for a much cleaner sleeker engine compartment which is why I...
