I was thinking of putting a rear side exhaust on my X2 but the hull shape at the back of the ski doesnt really make this easy. HAs anyone had there exhaust exit into the cavity where the pump sits?

Yes obviously the multichannel is the newer version but does it have any distinct advantages? Better power/Longer battery life/ other features? What is everyones preference? Dual Pickups and Dual coils = more parts to go wrong to me.

would that make it better for bottom end or top end?

That is most definitely a pjs motor, They made a few differnt versions. ONe that bolted onto 650 cases and ones that bolted onto 750 cases. From the looks of it those are 650 cases. Just a guess but you probably have a PJS800 engine. The ignition system you see is a RAD total loss...

if you go to sunoco.com they have a station locator for who sells their race fuels. Also you can do a search on google for race fuels and their are several places you can order can or barrels of the stuff.

yeah i have 750 bolts. MSD says 65lb ft torque for kawi 650/750 so i should be good.

how do you know when you are at the right torque spec or do you just say screw the torque spec and say a few braps on the impact is good enough?

How do you guys torque your flywheels down? What is the best way to hold it so the motor doesnt spin on you without damaging anything? Ive heard of the rope trick in the cylinders but that sounds like it could bend a rod if too much pressure is applied.

650 bedplate works fine 750 intake manifold and 650 itake manifolds are different and will not work Look into the Factory Blaster Limited pipe, i think it fits better then the SJ pipe. I found some clearence issue with the SJ pipe on the bolts for the flywheel cover. Blaster Limited...
