the only way i could see handling getting screwy is if the nozzle free wanders while riding. In which case you need to find a tensioning system (spring) to control it.
What rating spring are you guys using to have it return to the down position?
Im setting up a hand lever system on my X2 and dont know what spring i need.
Thanks guys, looks like JSS is the way to go, By the time i end up buying wires and ends ill be half way to his price. And there is always the good chance ill F it up along the way.

Is there a way to rewire a stock coil in a Kawasaki 750? I am using this in an X2 and mounting it further away from the engine then the wires will reach.
I opened the E-Box up and it looks like the wires are molded right into the coil. Is it possible to wire up a set of new wires? or...
Ok i took the prop off again to inspect and try to figure out whats going on. I didnt realize that that colla that pushes into the seals spins. The impeller squeezes into it and i think it spins aginas the seals. So they probably need to wear in a little.
Without the collar in, it spins...
doesnt quite fit with the manifold i have in teh X2 hull. A differnt manifold might be an option but thats hard to figure out which i need. I have other chambers that mount of properly so rather then buying multiple manifolds i will probably go in that direction.

wouldnt water collect at the headpipe/chamber coupling point when in the position intended for this pipe? also for teh Blaster Mod pipe which is a wrap around pipe as well?
ok i took the prop off and the cone and pulled the shaft. I think one of the bearings is cocked ever so slightly. The shaft doesnt pull out of the pump very easilly and has it making a noise when i do. Kind of vibrating on the machined part of the shaft (those little ridges).
