Will mounting a Factory 750SX Limited pipe like this cause any problems? loss of power? reliability issues?

As for power, it doesn't matter how it pointed as long as you don't rub a hole through it from touching other metal.

Ideally, the center bleed stinger (exit) should be level or at the lowest point so water injected from the head pipe doesn't build up or collect at the cone. When the motor is running, most of the water will exit from pressure but some will still collect. The bigger issue I see from this is the steaming effect to the motor. After using/flushing the motor there will be extra water collected in the cone that will steam back into the exh manifold (H2o condensation on internal parts). Doesn't sound like much but over a period of time this may cause problems.

wouldnt water collect at the headpipe/chamber coupling point when in the position intended for this pipe? also for teh Blaster Mod pipe which is a wrap around pipe as well?

Yes but the location you speak of is up-stream from the stinger and most will naturally exit from pressure. However, because the cone (end of chamber) is downstream and also pointing below center bleed, you risk having water collect there. When this (mod) chamber is mounted on a Blaster, the cone is tilted slightly up (or level with the center bleed). Same goes with the famous TNT chamber that these FP versions were modeled after (B1, XiR, Raider, SXI).

Do you see a pattern here:

I think it would be hard on the coupler that joins the head pipe to the chamber.
If you're using that 750 cylinder could you not mount it properly to the front of the cylinder with the correct bracket and lord mount. Will it fit?

doesnt quite fit with the manifold i have in teh X2 hull. A differnt manifold might be an option but thats hard to figure out which i need. I have other chambers that mount of properly so rather then buying multiple manifolds i will probably go in that direction.

If i mounted it like this i would make a custom bracket to support the chamber so i dont think the coupler would hav a problem.
