use a hydraulic press to get it, and the bearings, back in.

remove the pump cone. put a piece of plywood on the concrete. jam splined end of shaft into plywood while holding pump. shaft will come out from the back (cone end). seems odd, but it works.

that seat is great! its now possible to rear-mount if youre over 200lbs... and it lets you crouch down lower in turns. who really uses the seat during actual 'fun' riding on the blaster anyway?

how could the impact unbalance the crank if the flywheel is being held? i always hold the flywheel with my left hand and use the impact with my right.

try the wtb section or ace hardware. check yours first to make sure that is the issue.
