I bought a case of minifoamers from Max professional, I was assured they were USCG approved, they are not, I put one in every vehicle I own and I still have about six of them left, willing to make a deal if anyone wants them just realize they are not coast guard approved...

If you are seriously worried about it, fog the motor with fogging oil then remove the hose going to the waterbox and stuff a rag into the exhaust stinger.

This is correct I got buy on mine resharpening a pair of scissors ever couple of minutes, even at that it does not actually cut, you sort of hack your way through the Kevlar, when we did the boat floor project on Crammit's boat he had some special scissors for kevlar, they didn't cut through it...
