I clamp it with the one that came stock but go for the two heavy duty ones if that'd give you better peace of mind. It'll fit fine.

Cut the hose and tighten that clamp.

Business cards get wet. Get sticker for your gear/ski, or water resistant cards. And the X is not the only site by riders for riders as you proposed in your drawing but that's just my two cents.

What he ^^ said. My first go around I used contact cement but did not sand the turf and padding and did not whack with the mallet. I was touching it up all the time. Use superglue or some other CA around the edges as needed.

So I'd planned on sticking my fire extinguisher on top of my battery. I just got my motor put back together this weekend and now the extinguisher here gets in the way of my wcf breather tube. I tried strapping my extinguisher to my gas tank but that just doesn't look like it'll hold. Ideas?

Don't use padding if your foot won't fit. You'll definitely want turf on the bottom and a bit on the top but not necessarily the side. I'd recommend a little bit of padding where the top of your foot meets your ankle. You can sand it to contour to the foothold and should not affect the fit...

I just received my ADA head but it only had one fitting (and one plug) for cooling but I need the other for dual. I'll swing by whichever store on the way home but what size does it take?

Drop nozzles are typically for buoy running. Cut ride plates are for freestyle/ride. They don't really go together...

I just got my parts in but I'm not sure where to start tuning the carb mixture screws. Paul's on the road to Lanier so anyone got tips? Dual 38's, Magoo port/polish, b-pipe, 75 lows, 137.5 high, stock spring (I assume stock spring because he didn't include a new one...).

I just ordered one from the battery store that advertises here. Talked to Wayne and he doesn't offer X discounts. :shrug: I was already on the phone with him and wanted to show some X support so I went ahead and paid a decent amount more than I would have on ebay...

Good find. Back to the bunks - anyone had luck one way or the other with pvc? 2"? 3"? Seems like it could be easily bolted from the bottom and last forever...
