That RV clearace has to be exact or it's not going anywhere, all of the 91 models came with too much rotary valve clearance , every single RV cover had to be removed , the clearance measured , the rotary vlave cover machined and then reinstalled, 91 was not a good year.

Depends on the bodywork under the epoxy primer, if it still needs leveling out some epoxy is not way to go, high build urethane works much better.

All the mix ratios are different now, you will have to get info for specific products from your PPG dealer

The epoxy primer is more of a sealer than a primer, it's main use is to prevent bleed-through from whatever is on the ski now to whatever you are painting on top of it, I like to use Urethane primer on top of the epoxy primer then shoot the color, PPG is top of the line paint , even the shopline...

Wax seems to have figured out a successful recipe and as long as he sells his parts and makes money that is what is all about.

It sounds like they want to run Hydroturf as a stand alone company, a lot of people do not ike SBT and will not do business with them, not everyone knows that they own Hydroturf now and that is probably the way the want it.

This in not well known but years ago WSM had a division called New York Crankshaft that rebuilt crankshafts and complete engines much the same as SBT does, I Installed many of these engines without one single failure . Then SBT bought that division out, apparently they had to sign some kind of...
