You will get mixed opinions on this. Tiny tach is best economically but is slow at updating. Or the PET tach is much better but much more expensive.

Using the tach, make a few WOT runs. Then adjust your HS + or -. If the RPMS drop from the initial run then go the opposite way. Do this until you find the highest "peak" RPM.
