Oh yeah, torr how many sheets of 40"x62" you need me to look into?
I still haven't seen the boat. You need glass help to move the console or it is just out of the question?
Yeah I'm still working on this thing. .025 ring gap so I'll definitely need new rings. Jugs and pistons are kinda scored, gonna have them looked at and see if I need a bore or a hone. No real base gasket. I'm still curious how this thing only had 10-15hrs since last rebuild and came from a...
Yeah notch your steering nozzle, notch your chinpad, and you will need to loosen the nut and adjust the connector on the steering cable to get proper alignment and even throw (I adjust the pump side). I've never had to cut it but maybe because I'm only on a -2 pole :dunno:
Yes, the...
I've pieced together a couple and never ran into mismatched pin alignment. But you can usually pull those out if you have too... Make sure you use some kind of rtv sealant all around where the two sections meet.
On the fuel cap if you fill internally. Glue it or you really could work out a strap if you have an aftermarket filler where the outside edges of the bottom of the cap do not sit flush against a fill flange. Either way it's as removeable as your cap you just gotta leave enough wire to twist it...
I'd recommend a quick-steer mod, cover front air intakes / increase rear intakes (rn only?), and hood straps/limiting rope as stage one under option 2.
And add one-way valve as an option when doing footholds.
Motor was quoted as freshly rebuilt and ready to drop in but is far from it. Pm-ed him on the 1st to try and see if he'd like to make good (I don't know, meet me at least halfway on obviously needed repairs or something). He's been active online but I haven't heard anything from him. Not...
You know I suggested that to the last guy I turfed for and he didn't want it. I'm planning on doing it with my next ski too, but I must've had a brain fart Saturday when we cut out for Jeff's stern eye. Sorry :banghead: We can patch a piece in if you want. I think you'll be fine either way...
Fcked up my left knee and ankle when I got tangled up in a tow rope at Daytona. Had knee surgery but it wasn't as effective as I was hoping and still trying to rebuild my quad. Also had surgery on my right knee last Tuesday but it wasn't as bad as they expected based on my left...
Haven't heard and haven't checked wavejunkies yet. Playing in the garage... Call you in the morning, hope this fixes it and I get more than a 30sec ride tomorrow.
You're just the man I was gonna go to :cool2: You should ride tomorrow and bring it to the ramp :poke: otherwise I'll swing by with the ski if that's cool.
Haven't paid attention when the f/a was off to see if fuel was dribbling in. Don't know how long from one burst to another because it's always in a no-wake zone and/or at the ramp. Checked popoff with a gauge and no it was not a clean popoff. Guess I'll try and line up another n/s.
