Getting ready to order my biax from USC..

Cool I thought I was insane. More or less depending on what you do with the pole, bondline, tray, hood, gunwales, under the lip, etc, and how efficient you care to be :beerchug:

What kind of goop should go on cylinder head bolts?

I use some teflon paste from the plumbing dept at Lowe's on just about everything. I always have to look up the torque specs

6yd of the 38" will be plenty. Or 5yd of the 50". I'm horrible about waste and that amount generally works good for me.

    300/440/550 550sx flywheel removal

Define "stuck." I'm having the same problem on a yamaha and have busted one flywheel puller. Impact wrench wouldn't even take off that bolt. Had to use a breaker bar. It had some kind of dried up goop on the bolt too - maybe red loctite :dunno: I'll try a cheapo torch on the flywheel next...

    Need motor input

Degree wheel available at Advance and such? I pulled a search but couldn't find anything on how to do a port map of the duration timing. Can you help a motor noob out? While we are on the subject of mounting anything to the crankshaft, if I broke a flywheel puller on this motor, does it...

    Need motor input

I ran this groupK modified 760 motor all last season with some buckshots and an R&D pipe. It ran great but there was a horrible leap in the low-to-mid powerband (horrible for freestyle although the ski must've easily done 50mph +/- and did get there pretty quick). The head was also worked by...

    stock finger throttle sucks...

Yeah I use two fingers sometimes too. Or just adjust my stance/grip. Yes the xmetal lever needs an adapter. I couldn't imagine going back to a thumb throttle...

    R&D manifold good for 44's?

I had spigot-mount buckshot 48's on this manifold. Will it work for oem-style 44's and will I need a spacer plate? If not, I assume I can reuse the reeds, cages, and boyesan stuffers on a riva manifold? thanks, mark

For Sale/Group Buy-- Stainless Battery Boxes.... The nice ones!

Yeah I got one like LBE for $30 awhile ago when I busted my stocker. If these new ones for for much more than that and you have a good stocker, I say save your money for engine keepers - they woulda helped save me that $30.

    Throttle cable problems

Did you make or buy that throttle cable bracket? I just bought a riva manifold but the mount is only on the "stock" side :irked:

    NEW APBA freestyle rule change!!

Is freestyle really that big?? I've only been to one freestyle competition but it would have been pretty lame if they'd broken out Pete and Robbie in one class and then the other four guys in the other class. The winner of that event had a stock hull w/24-7 hood, btw... I need a full two...
