R&D manifold good for 44's?

I had spigot-mount buckshot 48's on this manifold. Will it work for oem-style 44's and will I need a spacer plate? If not, I assume I can reuse the reeds, cages, and boyesan stuffers on a riva manifold? thanks,mark

I think that is the same manifold I'm using on a set of 44's, but mine are not a set of dual OEM carbs, they were individual OEM's that were made into a dual setup.

Manifold works great for my setup.

Edit: Ooops, i just re-read the original post. In that case, I don't know since that is a 48 manifold

yes it will work for 44's, but dont know about the spacing on OEM 44's

Mark, I know the spacing will need to be adjusted but since BK says you can use the manifold you should be set (aside from Flame Arrestors).

The carbs have an aftermarket linkage kit, so adjusting the sapcing should not be a huge headache.
