    '95 750 SXi Torque Specs

Oh ya almost forgot these specs are out of a OEM manual for the 750sx but I don't see why they wouldn't be the same for the sxi. Later Steve

    '95 750 SXi Torque Specs

Cylinder head 22ft lbs cylinder base nuts 35ft lbs Exhaust 14.5 ftlbs for all the 8mm nuts and bolts. The exhaust manifold studs are just like the cylinder studs so you can likely use a little more torque if you want. If I remember right I used to use 20-22 ftlbs on those...

    Superjet pole on 650sx

Another problem is that the steering cable attaches to the right side of the turn plate on a Yamaha and on the left side on a Kaw. Might have to grind out a new spot for the cable to come thru the top of the Yamaha pole. Steve

    lamey cylinders?

For me it has nothing to do with the fact that it is Mark, Paul and Chuckie we are talking about. If it were my money and I was about to drop $5000++ for a Lamey short block I'd want someone who has a lot of experience in building Lamey motors. I don't think anybody is going to argue...

That's not cool. Just because there's no Db restriction doesn't mean you not pissing people off when your out there being "loud and annoying". This kind of stuff is what gets jetskis banned.:banghead: Steve

    lamey cylinders?

If I was going to spend that kind of money on a Lamey I'd go with someone with a little more experience building Lamey's Paul Lehr http://www.x-h2o.com/member.php?u=2 770-888-5772 http://www.lehrperformance.com/ or Chuckie at Team Scream 727-442-7700...

    timing advance/flywheel

Nick it doesn't work that way with the 750 flywheels. yankeeboy here's a couple of pics for you of a kaw 750 flywheel and the bolt used to pull it. When pulling the flywheel I'd put a washer in before the bolt so there no chance of damaging the end of the crank. Later Steve

    timing advance/flywheel

Yup that's how the 750 flywheels come off. When you remove the flywheel bolt you will see that the inside of the flywheel before the taper is threaded. Thread the large bolt into these threads and when it butts up against the end of the crank it pushed the flywheel off. Steve
