Superjet pole on 650sx

Just figuring that if I can pick-up a cheap SJ pole my boy could actually pick-up the pole on the ski I'm putting together for him.

The superjet pole is probably longer than the 650sx pole. It would be real close for where it mounts too, the sj roundnose pole might be a little to wide.

Another problem is that the steering cable attaches to the right side of the turn plate on a Yamaha and on the left side on a Kaw. Might have to grind out a new spot for the cable to come thru the top of the Yamaha pole.

I thought there would be a few small issues to work through, just throwing around ideas and seeing if they are impossible, as the pole on the 650 is so damn heavy!

the sj pole is wider by a good bit. I am using a 650sx pole bolt on my RN bracket and it just makes it

Looks like bad idea. oh well, in no rush.

Was looking at this as could get second hand SJ pole, spring etc. for around same price as a 650sx spring is going to cost here.
