Which gasket to use?

I pulled off my head and flywheel cover today. And while removing the head, i found a metal gasket, definately not the stock one i ordered that all rubber. So my question is which gasket should i use? The metal one that is in the picture, or the rubber stock one thats on the way. ill be putting on a milled head on if that makes a difference. I also broke the water attatchment while removing the head,( the brass piece that connects the pipe to the head) where can i find another replacement? thanks[/ATTACH]

Just use a new stock oem headgasket from Kawasaki, I know their pricey....but so is a motor rebuild when you pump the motor full of water from a headgasket failure! P.S. Spray 2-3 light coats of Permatex's copper coat gasket spray before installing with your new milled head and use 20 ft-lbs on headbolt torque.

Any of the Kaw 750's I ran came stock with a metal head gasket.

yea i just got my gasket today, and it turned out to be metal also. My bad...
in the picture it looked rubber i guess becuz it was black n rubber looking texture, not shiny.

whats the gasket spray for?

Use for the added sealing with a milled head (higher comp.) and/or surface finish from milling the head.
