I had a 5mm stroker out of maccluggage's 95 world finals ski. it was a 6m6 cylinder with 701 sleeves. ports looked similar and it ran really well. The intake reed area was expoxied just like many freestylers do now. This was back in 1995
I feel the sxr bottom could be a great freeride ski. by putting a top deck on it you could get the hull to around 100lbs, which isn't the lightest but the sxr needs a little weight to act right. really lite sxr hull supposedly doesnt handle as well as superjets. A completly bare bottom deck...
even if the cylinders are sleeved, when you bore them for big bore sleeves you'll take out the sbt stuff. Crank is good core, everything would get replaced by a good crank shop.
I'd say yes, but they won't go super cheap. I'll be bidding on them also
sic motors, i don't even know how you guys ride them. Its the only motor ive been scared to rip the throttle. I'd love to see video now that you're getting used to it.
Just remember when you sell 10 hoods you only have 10 customers. When Jeff sells 50 hoods, he has 50 customers. Those customers come back and buy more and more of his products. All at a rate of 5x more than the low production theory. Walmart logic's not so dumb. I don't know about you but...
