all done. This was 2 years ago and i never did get around to turfing the inside tops of the footholds.. plan turf around the rail corners as well one of these days.

template for the turf - I wanted one piece without seams at the rear edges.

after glassing the edges and sanding smooth. I layed a couple of plys of cloth over the entire tray sealed over the pump mount inserts with duct tape and glassed right over.. (figure its easy enough to cut open if I ever need to replace the inserts..)

screws out. Learned it helps a lot to lay the ski on its side..

epoxied and screwed down. Filled in that silly spout hole while i'm at it..

That right side cutout is a tad bigger than needed. Left one is better.

"low temp" for epoxy means like 50's not 20's... The dap contact cement for the turf also wants to be real warm (I think they say keep at 70+ for 24 hrs ..) ..ant I'll say from experience if epoxy sets part way and doesn't harden you have a real gooey mess to clean up and start over.
