thanks iceman, Every part on this ski I bought used, except for cables, prop, nozzle, water bypasses and finger throttle. It took alot of trading parts and waiting for good deals to get down to the actual money I have in it. I wont say how much, but its a bit less than half of a new one...

I think the snow xr topdeck is one of your best bets for the money. Going to a 760 is not gonna add much, if any (depending how you go about it).

I like them better, the only plastic ones i've ever broken were in blasters. IMO The j/d shoe feels like it sucks the boat down too much, makes it feel more like a closed course ski instead of freeride. I've never tried any other brand of pump shoes

Mine was popping up and down, u could hear compression getting by it, I'm sure it has something to do with the compression and high vibration of my motor

Got quite a bit done today. This is the easiest aftermarket hull to assemble that i've ever built. So far only the pump bolts had to be modified to fit in this hull (oem sj bolts are too long, they bottom out before holding the pump tight). Pretty good for aftermarket. All oem superjet parts...

you could always put a layer of pretty cloth over it all while your waiting on your 1000cc. When is that coming anyway? Stop through kansas on your way to daytona, chad can be talked into laying more cloth I have to glue in the pump shoe tomorrow, and i agree, it should come with a pump shoe.

Theyve got good parts on them, once you get them dialed in youll have a couple of good running skis.

Chad came by and laid up the red/black kevlar stuff. I just love the way it looks. It didnt need any reinforcing it just looked plain with the grey primer inside. The bulkhead is just rattle canned black.

I think the inside is a bit ugly and unfinished looking. First thing monday, the specialist (chad) is going to lay the red and black carbon kevlar cloth in the engine compartment. It wont add very much weight and will really make it look better. Didnt really have time to work on it today...
