Little more progress, the headpipe actually bolts to the manifold now. Brandon's manifold is not really designed for this headpipe so some material had to be added to get all the bolts to grab. I think Im going to try a 1/2" spacer between the manifold and the cylinder, that way all the stock...

use the stock oem sj hose that goes from the stock pipe to the waterbox

this is the pipe I was telling you about, it will fit in a sxr and you can run a big tank and a waterbox with it. it would work until other stuff is available.

little more progress, i sold my big bore cylinders so stockers are on now, but need to test them anyways. Manifold is actually for a different pipe so I had to have some welding done to it to fit fpp headpipe, also having a spacer plate made to move the manifold out to clear the powervalve...
