I prefer the Kawi type also . Pump design is easier to work with prop changes , 1 piece stator / wear ring section eliminates a place for a leak , and like the way the driveshaft goes straight through the bulkhead with no intermediate shaft to deal with.

In the video , the strakes did not look as deep as the ones on the 08 SJ hull . How deep are they compared to 08 ? How do these carve on a bouy course with the right rideplate etc .? I like the looks of it for sure .

No , the 7lb R6 battery is a Yuasa and is used on a non total loss ski. I dont know how long it will go with total loss .The Oddesy is the stock size battery that is 11 years old and I ran total loss with it trouble free.

Acid filled batteries dont like being drained and recharged. They just dont do as well. Sure you will have some that will go a few years , but more often than not they are good forn about 1 to 3 years in a jetski , and even then they are not nearly as good as when they were new. Car batteries...

Repitching impellers changes the clearance between blades and liner. The right way to re pitch includes welding and resizing if needed and impros does this . Also on a worn out setup , it is more likely that the gap is caused by blade wear and not liner.
