When I first started riding I would throw my ski right off the dock and pull it up with a rope sometimes 7 feet up. You need two people to do it. I also bought one of those truck cranes and have been using it for years even lifted a GPR up with it.

The XFS is just like the Evo so it shouldn't have the same problem as the fr2s
