Hey not trying to be a pain in the ass but I know you said you are positive it's not the carbs because you went through them and they are clean but that doesn't mean something isn't wrong with them. My buddy had a set of 38s that he rebuilt with all brand new mikuni parts and the carbs were...
He removed the footholds and just has a front foot hold and the strap has one bolt on the tray and the other on the side so it's just like a regular foot hold. Surf stance flips and rolls are no prob and the strap holds better then the ninjas
I did the same thing about a month ago my pinky toe still hurts. I love the way they hold your foot but man did that hurt. Also my buddy put a strap instead of the hold and I gotta say it's way better.
Did you break the engine in with those domes. I've seen brand new rebuild with 210-220 psi drop down to 190ish after the break in. Also if you replaced the base gasket that can change numbers as well.

yes it happened to me on sunday with 1 ride old plugs I had spark but the ski wouldn't start and we didnt have another set of plugs on hand so we took one plug and put it in a running ski heated up the plugs then did the other and then they both worked
Clogged return line. Is my guess if you ran out of fuel you may have sucked some stuff up and clogged something in the carb. As speedysproket said check spark and new plugs first
