Are you definitely getting fuel into the throat of the carb (you should be able to see this while cranking over, covering the tops of the carbs with your hands while cranking will help them prime faster)?

After opening up my Xjet, I found all of the inserts are either cheap stainless or mild steel. I was wondering if there was a hull builder out there that would sell me four ride plate and four pump inserts to save me the hassle of trying to make some? I hate the way this thread is going, I hate working on Waterdawg hulls more. PVC exhaust tube is finally out and it looks terrible, all of the pump and rideplate inserts were rusted steel and not bonded to the hull and this all the progress I have made by memorial day.

Blowsion probably could.

If you are running stock steering now, that means it accepts stock steering bushings and that means it will accept pretty much any steering system available (bushing or bearing) with the exception of Blowsion's OVP.

I vote bad pump or midshaft bearings or your shafts are out of alignment. After riding for a bit feel around the midshaft/housing and see if it is getting hot.

This got me thinking, I have a whole pile of the button head screws and nuts that hold superjet rail trim on. I think I am going to use those on this next one .

Just run the two incoming lines into a Y or T into the single fitting on your pipe.

I will be running dual 46s with a Type 4 dry pipe and will be starting at: 105Main(maybe 110?) 130Pilot 2.3NS 95g spring

Cut the plate flush with the hull and D cut, if that doesn't do it you can adjust the trim on your pump (static) up a little but it might ride like crap at speed.

Is Nynja still making/selling pipes?
