    Are you definitely getting fuel into the throat of the carb (you should be able to see this while cranking over, covering the tops of the carbs with your hands while cranking will help them prime faster)?

    Thanks, starting to get a bit discouraged, time has been tight, just wrapping up 3 mini build/repairs for local riders so I might have some consecutive time to work on it now. Wishing I just had a superjet.

    I hate the way this thread is going, I hate working on Waterdawg hulls more. PVC exhaust tube is finally out and it looks terrible, all of the pump and rideplate inserts were rusted steel and not bonded to the hull and this all the progress I have made by memorial day.

    If you are running stock steering now, that means it accepts stock steering bushings and that means it will accept pretty much any steering system available (bushing or bearing) with the exception of Blowsion's OVP.

    I vote bad pump or midshaft bearings or your shafts are out of alignment. After riding for a bit feel around the midshaft/housing and see if it is getting hot.

    Just run the two incoming lines into a Y or T into the single fitting on your pipe.

    Cut the plate flush with the hull and D cut, if that doesn't do it you can adjust the trim on your pump (static) up a little but it might ride like crap at speed.
