You may have debris built up in your headpipe that could be clogging the spray holes (two or three depending on how hold your pipe is, identified by the adjustment grub screws with nuts on them). I would pull the pipe, remove those screws and flush it with water and compressed air.

I ran out and shot a couple, the paint is crap, few layers of rattle can but it looks structurally sound and is reasonably light at 11lbs (assuming this is less than a stock hood?).
