I've read a couple posts where people have drilled out the the restricter on their carbs and ran an inline restricter when running a remote pump. Just wondering what purpose this serves?
Also, who sells air/fuel seperators?
thanks.
So you haven't pulled the flywheel yet to check the stator? It could of loosened up and gone retarded. "Never go full retard" -- Robert Downey Jr., Tropic Thunder.
You're in Minnesota right? Don't expect we'll know your thoughts on the 144 pump shoe for quite a while then. Damn, I couldn't live there with such a short season.
I knew about that one. My father-in-law owns a shop and his neighbors in the shop next to him do cracker box boat racing. I jaw with those guys sometimes. They actually always have a PWC class but I don't think its anything more than PWCs on a boat course.
Hopefully we'll be finding out...
Theres plenty of blasters to go around, I wouldn't worry about that. FX-1s, way less, so that hurts. But is that any worse than guys that hoard FX-1s? Anyone know someone like that? lol
MNTurbo. Keep us posted on how this. I'm interested to know if its a significant difference over the stock shoe. I always thought it was a requirement to do something with the shoe. If its not much different, I would probably just go ahead and do the 144 pump with the stock shoe myself...
ah... kiss our collective @sses. Everything is for sale except the pump....what else do we care about, the red pipe? no disrespect, good luck with the part out.
I got mine rebuilt by crankworks, good quality, but honestly I wont be going back to them. They dicked me around for about 8 weeks, seems like they are disorganized there. I'm sure if I was buying a billet crank I would of got different treatment but I'm just an average guy. When they finally...
I'm not sure who, but I've seen a pic of it. I remember he had to shave down the lip on the engine compartment and dent the side of it to get it in there.
