yeah i agree. I would be buying this cylinder if it was on a 760cc just for the technical advantages in it. It not a cylidner built by just making things bigger. cc for cc this engine should kick any of the other cylinders out there.

How is this different than the dasa or a x-scream setup. As long as you have a bigger bore you have a greater path for the heat to travel and thus is going to be more prone to detonation
You can build a motor for wide open throttle runs and you can build a motor for throttle response and short bursts. Any of the engines you see at the world finials pro freestyle would be lucky to live more than ten seconds with wide open throttle.

It will, its the cdi that controls the spark not the coil. Extra winding in the coil helps abit but its collapse of the magnetic field that makes the difference

I have seen the fp hull, cant comment on the way it rides. But its by far and above better finished than all the other hull I have seen out there.

Thats a good point by matt on the prob combination. its not fair to expect the 701 to pull the same prop. The best pipe in my op would be the power factor witht he stinger reduced on it to actually get the pipe to a temp it wants to work at.

You guys need to realise that for a bigger engine you have to use a larger stinger pipe. This is to get the heat into the pipe so that it works correctly. A smaller engine will not get the heat up in the pipe.
