That will be fine with the jets I have given you. If you had a digital ignition you could put more timing in it and then you would need bigger jets.
However the set up you have is quite basic in the overall scheme of things and the jets I have given you will be close
I think the kawi has the benefit of a longer stroke and the limitation of terrible cases from the factory.
The yamaha has a completely dry exhaust and a better pulse tuned manifold than the kawi.
My choice is the yamaha over the kawi
You want to have a look at outboard triple pulse tunning before you say the yamaha pipe is bad. its a whole lot better than the kawi pipe where the runners are to long to pulse tune. Nice build up ski looks and sounds good
But your saying that two strokes are more expensive to maintain.
I would disagree with that one. i have seen so many lunched 4 stroke mx bikes with riders in tears. I would never own one

Valve seat recission and broken timing chains toom more people out of mx than I would care to count.
Im not sure what four stroke you are running but they are very expensive to fix and maintain
