Super Jet Port my own cases or send them out?

Hey guys,

i want to get my cases ported, i have a ported top end from jet maniac.

i heard porting the cases is pretty easy but i want it done right. I looked on some home porting threads but i cant figure out were its being grinded down and epoxied by the pictures i dont have my cases in front of me.

is it easy enough to do them THE RIGHT WAY myself or is it well worth the money to send them out?

i am going to pm jetmaniac as well

i will have to take another look when i am home with the cases on the bench in front of me.
I can see now were the cases are filled but i still need to see were to grind amd how much.

i think im just a little to nervous about taking too much off to do them myself but i will keep researching

Some impressive work! what do you think of the kawa 1100's compared to the yami's?

I think the kawi has the benefit of a longer stroke and the limitation of terrible cases from the factory.
The yamaha has a completely dry exhaust and a better pulse tuned manifold than the kawi.
My choice is the yamaha over the kawi
