I believe Hes going to use a front foot hold , so you really want to mount the e-box superjet style so you dont have to remove the ffh each time you need into the e-box. True, oem plastic pump shoe fits great Z and I opted for alum ones which required grinding we just used the oem kawi 750...

depends on how lucky you are pump and mtr alignment take the most time, Zacks ski was great and only took about 2 hours to align pump midshaft and motor Mine, well... took about 2 days and alot of cusing ect make sure you have a throttle drum and a pump shoe and dont mount the e-box...
