    I would open your low speeds another half turn and yours highs a quarter. I had the same thing and that fixed jt. AFTER you do that get the reeds. I have v force 3s installed before I got a pipe, flywheel, and prop, and was really glad I did. The increase in bottom end is crazy noticeable...

    It might be the little metal bar that flips over to keep your handle pole up. It's supposed to sit in a rubber boot when you're not using it, and even then it likes to vibrate against all the metal at the bottom of the handle pole

    It's a little warmer. 5-10 degrees max. I opened up my low speed screws a quarter turn and my highs about 1/8. So I'm at hi 5/8 open, low 1.25 open and its much better now. I guess FP specs were too lean. Which is funny because I had read the opposite.

    I did put the bigger fitting in the pump. I rode straight to a dock immediately after the incident and the pipe and motor werent crazy hot. This is also with 45* Alaska water.

It ran great for last three weeks, until yesterday I ran WOT for about a minute straight, when it all of the sudden it died. It started right back up, but had a low end bog/hesitation.     If you're talking about what I think you are, those are your stator wires. It's where your ski gets it's spark, timing, charge, etc. You need a new stator/wiring. How did they melt anyhow?

    I've read a lot of guy saying the same thing, so I turfed my waterbox and put heat reflecting tape on my gas tank. I hope it helps. How dry is too dry? What were your screws at when it happened?
