I don't know man......those are saltwater cylinders and that one looks like it has scoring on the intake side.

Most cases nothing else is damaged. Just spews water into the hull. You might even just V grind the cracks and JB Weld them up. You're only talking about maybe 15psi water pressure in the system. Like WFO said, disassemble and check everything out.

Many times. That's a claassic sand plugged cylinder drain......then it froze and busted. You can see how that whole top section is pooched out further than the head.

Found it.....torn but could be glued back together. Super Glue works great on rubber.

Put pics on Facebook asking for somebody that TIG welds. A lot of bike, hot rod, racers, etc, have a setup at home.

I've got one with low compression in a '94 Raider.......complete, bone stock, freshwater. Make an offer.

What I do on any of the finger style coupler setups is this. Bolt the pump up snug. Insert driveshaft making sure nothing feels like it's in a bind. If it is....you have to unbolt the midshaft or bearing holder and re-center...OR shim the pump. When it feels like nothing is bound up then set...

I just measure the mm with a caliper. Od x id x width. Punch those dimensions in Ebay. I can usually find nice quality bearings new old stock for 1/2 price!
