That's it! I've HAD IT!!! If you don't run 'Tygon 1200" your ski will blow up, your dog will start barfing, and you will start growing warts on your eyelids!
I've seen a 5-8 year lifespan with the 1/4" Motion Pro fuel line that I've used forever.....even with ethanol fuel. I buy the blue color stuff in 50ft rolls, it's on my personal machines as well.
OOPS, sorry, it's Parts Unlimited branded.
You can see my wife applying that texture in one of the time lapse vids. You want your dominant color on first and dry. Then you can thin out a bit of your texture color and pour a bit out in a pan. Use a loosely wadded bit of plastic wrap and dab the paint over the first color. Keep dabbing...
For anybody on the fence about this.........I don't know this guy from Adam and he doesn't know me. BUT,...I just did custom paint on my wife's SN and I assure you, the asking price is in the paint materials and labor ALONE! Seems like a great deal to me!

50vac at idle sounds right.....it should INCREASE as you give throttle......the ignition needs more voltage. Either way I would pull the flywheel (checking for a sheared key as WFO suggested) and I would try a known good stator, NOT aftermarket junk. You can buy the charge coil by itself and...
I'm not sure if it's going to work like I think but........I just got in some aluminum mesh that I'm going to roll up and shove inside the non-baffled one for my wife. The science of sound waves diffusing inside the mesh makes me think it will make a big difference.
Thanks a lot guys. Between the hull fixing (busted nose and cracked straight down under the waterbox) and bond line reinforcing, and the reshaping of the front nose, and finally paint......I have roughly 200-250 hours in it. The ported and tunneled 650 is already done, and I think I have most...
I took time lapse footage of pretty much the whole paint job. 4 different colors in the graphics.
